Licenced in 1980, Les has helped many hundreds of families to relocate in South Delta, B.C. (Ladner and Tsawwassen). A large part of his business today consists of repeats and referrals from this client base of satisfied customers.

As an Active Member for many years of the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board, Les has been the recipient of numerous real estate sales achievement awards such as the prestigious RE/MAX Hall of Fame award and Master Member of the Real Estate Board's Medallion Club. Some years ago Les earned his Registered Relocation Specialist (RRS) designation for advanced training in Corporate and family relocation.

Les has "hands on" experience in the process of land rezoning and development and effective marketing strategies for multi-family condominium and townhome projects.

Les began using a computer to better serve his real estate customers in 1985, one of the first Realtors® to do so. In the early 1990's he became one of the very first Realtors® to have a web site. Today he offers both Buyers and Sellers a high level of expertise in "cyber" real estate services. Les served on the committee that helped create the Internet web site for the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board.

A South Delta resident since 1972, Les first served the people of Delta for 8 years as a Delta Police Officer following 4 years service with the Saskatoon City Police.
